Refurbishment of the Punch Bowl Inn - Expression of Interest

As we have  now purchased The Punch Bowl Inn, we have compiled a detailed schedule of works for refurbishment. Our Community Ownership Fund (COF) grant from the government requires us to implement a procurement policy within the rules prescribed by COF.

In the past 3 weeks our volunteers have worked tirelessly to prepare the Punch Bowl for the next stage in its transformation. We are now seeking a building contractor to carry out the major works. The Expression of Interest document below  explains the scope of works and a draft timetable, along with a layout produced by our architect. We can't start until we have the appropriate approvals from North Yorkshire Council. In the meantime we are putting together a tender list.
